I offer individual counselling to youth (13+) and adults in the following areas:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress


I use a combination of the following treatment approaches/modalities to assist clients in reaching their goals:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Mindfulness
  • Polyvagal Theory
